Precipice

The fear can take your breath away. The reality tilts forward then back and you find yourself wavering on a wire. Battered by lies and subconscious trepidation you get so angry and then devastated and then full of anguish then determination then back to fear. The fear grows less over time. The darts can find no more holes within which to stick. The flesh and spirit are now poked away so many holes that it is only hole now. Becoming nothing, in such as nothing is the opposite of what was once something.
